A living architecture

Designed in a U-shape, the new development is organized around an intimate, vibrant courtyard, connected to the entrance by a visual diagonal that enhances circulation and creates a seamless experience. The project’s architectural signature reveals itself from the moment you arrive, with a half-moon drop-off area and volumes accented by metal panels that give the complex a distinctive personality.

Vertically, a deliberately elevated wing hosts a terrace accessible from the premium units. This space offers an unobstructed view and a unique atmosphere ideal for relaxation and meaningful moments — an added value that transforms everyday living into a true experience.

Located along a major highway corridor, the challenge was to transform this hostile setting into a serene living environment, sheltered from the noise generated by nearby boulevards.
