The metamorphosis of the premises is resolutely focused on providing Montrealers with better access to municipal authorities and organizations. The new layout opens directly onto the lobby of 800 de Maisonneuve East, offering enhanced visibility from the boulevard. In addition, an innovative multimedia zone for citizens and a multi-purpose reception area have been created. The offices occupied by employees benefit from modular zones and all the associated spaces required to create a real living environment.

The design allows for a high degree of versatility, as the council chamber can easily be transformed into a meeting space or an area used by the Accès Montréal office. This versatility is supported by the harmonious integration of audio-visual equipment and devices ensuring the safety of politicians and citizens. The objective was to reconcile functionality and security to guarantee users of the new facilities an immersive, technologically advanced experience.

Folding partitions are a key element in providing exceptional flexibility to spaces. They allow spaces to be adapted to suit individual needs, facilitating optimal room utilization. This innovative system promotes efficient floor space management, perfectly meeting the changing needs and expectations of occupants.
