Laurier Du Vallon, a key player in the Quebec travel industry, is moving its head office. From a closed office with few windows, the team now benefits from modern, bright spaces at the Place Sainte-Foy branch.
In a smooth transition from closed to open-plan offices, workstations are organized in islands of 4 to 8 people. The reduced personal space favors places of exchange, with rooms dedicated to meetings. The ambience created relies on light and punctual accents to offer dynamic and inspiring spaces.
The layouts were developed in collaboration with employees, and fully meet their expectations. The contractor and furniture supplier were also involved in the design, enabling solutions to be found that respected the allocated budget, the schedule and the constraints of the project (delivery by facade). A team success!
