Le Jac, located in the Limoilou district of Quebec City, is an excellent example of how architecture can respond effectively to the challenges of urban density. As a multifunctional building, Le Jac offers increased density without compromising the quality of life of the neighborhood's residents, workers and inhabitants.
The building's architecture is designed to maximize the use of space, while offering functional and attractive residential, work and retail spaces. The interiors are flexible and modular, allowing optimum use of every square metre. The building's floors are arranged to minimize the impact on the ground and reduce the amount of land required to construct buildings of the same capacity.
In addition, Le Jac has been designed with particular attention to energy efficiency and sustainability. The materials used in construction are durable and environmentally friendly. A fine example of urbanity without compromise!
