Originally built in 1960, Laurier Québec has grown over the years to become one of the largest shopping centers in Eastern Canada, with over 140,000 m² of retail space on three levels.
The presentation of the retail offer needed to be refreshed and unified, to offer a renewed customer experience in line with the latest trends. The redevelopment involved the entire shopping center: renovation of all common areas, the food court, the exterior envelope, certain main entrances and multiple retail spaces - in addition to updating the mechanical systems.
To limit site conditions (which can be catastrophic in such a context), we implemented an exhaustive survey protocol. Several scenarios were developed, confirming the best option for maintaining the commercial offer throughout the works. A complex, long-term project!
