Even with the tight schedule demanded by the client, we successfully met the challenge of designing and organizing the space to accommodate an impressive workforce of 500 employees from 105 organizations and federations. This achievement was made possible by close collaboration with the tenant and the meticulous commitment of our team.
This project faced several challenges, including the integration of a high parking ratio on an irregular terrain. However, by combining underground and surface parking, we were able to successfully overcome this constraint.
The design of the Maison du sport et du loisir was carefully thought out to ensure its durability. Indeed, given the 15-year lease with the main tenant, it was essential that the facility be designed as a functional building for the long term.
